REINFORCED CONCRETE WALLS
Prefabricated large-scale components of outer walls that consist of two concrete layers and thermal
insulation between them (sandwich structure). They can have ready-made technological holes or window
and door holes.
EXPANDED CLAY CONCRETE WALLS
Expanded clay aggregate concrete is a material composed of expanded clay and concrete. LECA walls have excellent heat and acoustic insulation properties and high water vapor permeability. It guarantees thermal comfort (low costs of heating) and a perfect microclimate of the interiors.
The component of a wall consists of two ferroconcrete slabs that are a stay-in-place formwork for monolithic walls. Prefabrication guarantees full discretion in the shape or size, and a possibility to create any technical holes.
FILIGRAN type CEILINGS
The filigran-type ceiling is a simpler variant of a classic reinforced concrete ceiling. Apart from performing a structural function, the ceiling components act also as stay-in-place formwork. They combine the advantages of prefabricated ceilings and the construction abilities of monolithic ceilings.
STAIR FLIGHTS AND LANDINGS
Precast reinforced concrete stairs of Buszrem are produced to individual order; they are always adapted to meet Client requirements regarding size, shape, and technical requirements.
Precast balcony slabs are adapted to unsettled atmospheric conditions. Our standard is a system of insulation connectors that reduce thermal bridges in a place where a balcony is attached to a deck floor slab.
Square-, rectangular- and circular-cross-sections are available. Precast columns and reinforced columns with spot footing can be multi-storey with brackets in all four directions.
Reinforced concrete components of elevator shafts can also be prefabricated. They are either freestanding or attached to a building structure.
Loading docks reduce the height difference between a dock and a truck. Prefabricated Buszrem’s docks consist of three elements: left and right sidewalls and a back wall. They can also have additional elements used for combining the component with the monolithic structure at the building site.
