A single-family house with a loft; slab-on-grade building. The implementation of a detached garage is also available (M+G). The building is constructed using Buszrem’s SBB method for expanded clay aggregate walls prefabrication.

- Placing on the foundation slab
- The thickness of ground floor walls and inner walls of the loft – 15 cm; partition wall thickness – 10 cm; LECA walls (to find technical parameters go to the CATALOGUES tab)
- Filigran type ceiling
- Reinforced concrete stairs
- 45-degree hip roof
- Prefabricated roof truss, lattice girders; flat roof of the garage (optional)
- Roof cover – e.g. Brass cement tile
