A one-storey single-family house; slab-on-grade building. The implementation of a detached garage is also available (S+G). The building is constructed using Buszrem’s SBB method for expanded clay aggregate walls prefabrication.
Method and structure:
- Placing on the foundation slab
- Ground floor wall thickness – 15 cm; partition wall thickness – 10 cm; LECA walls (to find technical parameters go to the CATALOGUES tab)
- No ceiling
- 40-degree hip roof
- Prefabricated roof truss, lattice girders; flat roof of the garage (optional)
- Roof cover – e.g. cement tile Brass
