A two-storey single-family house; slab-on-grade building. The implementation of a detached garage is also available (L+G). The building is constructed using Buszrem’s SBB method for expanded clay aggregate walls prefabrication.
Method and structure:
- Placing on the foundation slab
- The thickness of ground floor walls and first floor – 15 cm; partition wall thickness – 10 cm; LECA walls (to find technical parameters go to the CATALOGUES tab)
- Filigran type ceilings
- Flat reinforced concrete roof, unvented; green roof on the garage (optional)
- Roof cover – tar paper or membrane
